I am looking for a customer service oriented banking professional that is interested in joining a growing team in one of the worlds largest banks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standard of quality and accuracy, while minimizing risk to both the Bank as well as its customers. Primary responsibility is to investigate USD, CAD and FX customer inquiries in a professional manner. You must be a motivated, self starter with an eye for detail and strong attention to detail.

This role is meant to start on a contracted basis with room for growth and extension if the candidate shows interest for staying with a hard work ethic.

Location: Jersey City
Length: 3-6 months
Pay: $28-$32/hour + overtime

Qualifications are as followed:
- Knowledge of IFSA rules and CPA rules regarding compensation and payments
- 2+ years of experience in the feild of banking operations
- Degree from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge of clearing systems, SWIFT and the various formating issues with them
- Initiative, autonomy and leadership skills
- Excel, Word and Power point
- Understanding of basic accounting
