Resource/Vendor Management Analyst
Experience in Vendor Management, sourcing initiatives, contract management.
The right contractor must speak English fluently AND French OR Dutch.
Location: Brussels. Duration: until + possible extension.

The candidate will manage the daily workload, activities and tasks of resource and vendor management.
Responsibilities :
The 3 main parts of the job are: Access Management (35%), Recruitment (25%) and Contract Management (25%). 10% for other small tasks.
- Manage Resources hiring and administrative follow-up.
- Manage vendor relationships on a day-to-day basis to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and address/escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage the selection process for all external/internal resources in the IT department
- Manage administrative tasks and follow-up for external resources
- Define and document service expectations and products to be delivered by vendor (contracts, SLAs)
- Manage contract database
- Manage externals extensions every 3 months
- Provide input to establish criteria for evaluating vendors, support the selection process and drive implementation of these criteria.
- Coordinate the negotiation, set up, and maintenance of commercial contracts.
- Together with service owner establish and on an ongoing basis carry out analysis of vendor performance to ensure compliance against contracted service levels and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor issues to resolve appropriately and escalate to senior management, where needed
- Manage access creation/deletion for all new externals
- Grant access to specific sites according to profiles
- Coordinate on access issues for all externals (180) and follow up
Profile :
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others by persuasion
- Good contract management knowledge
- Excellent organisation skills and priority management
- Significant experience (or comparable track record) in vendor management, sourcing initiatives and project management
- Fluent in English, French and/Or Dutch
