Job Duties:
-Completes Design History File documentation
-Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
-Determines manufacturing operation requirements and process parameters
-Develops and implements strategic plans
-Develops plans to evaluate process repeatability and stability
-Develops product and process improvements
-Reviews product performance data to identify trends
-Implements quality system improvements
Required:

*LOCAL ONLY
*Candidate would work directly with the Post Market Risk Management Team (PM RM).
*Preferably the incumbent would have experience creating, reviewing, interpreting and identifying trends with SPC, trend charts and other process control elements as it relates to product complaints, failures, and process data.
*Secondly, the candidate would have experience assessing risk associated with product failures, and have experience working with customer facing organizations.
*Candidate would support the development, establishment and maintaining of quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established standards and agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.
