Senior System Analyst/Financial Services/JAVA/.NET/WINDOWS/MAINFRAME/UNIX
Key skills
- 5 years experience in System Analysis
- 3 years experience in IT Software Development (Java, .NET, C, ).
- 5 years experience in IT System Integration.
- 5 years experience with integration of systems that are running on Windows, Mainframe and Unix platform.
- 5 years experience with systems and DBs from different suppliers (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge in Scripting and XML.
Preferable skills
- Professional experience in Financial Services
- Experience in security technology and processes (IAM aspects)
Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
The following are typical tasks that you will be performing:
- Work in close collaboration with the functional and technical experts in the team
- Ensure that the IT Access Management Systems function efficiently and securely to support the organization's technology needs
- Together with the Solution Architect and the Platform Architect, analyze Business requests and translate them into a Detailed Function & Technical Design related to the bank strategy
- Analyze existing infrastructure and propose innovations
- Quality Assurance on the technical deliverables provided by 3rd parties (eg documentation, code reviews, etc)
- Write documentation and give training to Operational teams
- Make deployment in some environments and describe runbooks
- Propose optimal solutions, based on the Group standards
- Propose and uphold improvements related to other domains

My well known, international, financial services client is looking for a Senior System Analyst who will be based in Brussels for 6 months.
