Technical Skills
Good Knowledge of Contact Center technology
Deployment (planning, design & implementation) of Contact Center Solution with product suite
Excellent Knowledge in the following areas: Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centres, Call Scripts, and IVR Scripts.
Good understanding of IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different Codecs and so on.
Good documentation skills, customer interfacing skills
