A Software Metrology Engineer is required by global leading semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis. The systems they manufacture are used by the major semiconductor manufacturers to create integrated circuits that power an array of electronic, communications and IT products.Job Mission
The Software Design Engineer reports to the software group leader and interacts with the software project leads and application development teams. To contribute to the development of software for controlling and driving various functionalities of our products.
Job Description
Specify, design, develop, realise and test subsystems within the limits of system specifications, costs and project planning.
Cooperate with other disciplines and suppliers to ensure the timely realisation of competitive, achievable and serviceable products.
Participate in the definition of system specifications.
Contribute to the overall broadening and maintenance of our technology base.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or comparable.
- Min. 3 years experience as a software engineer. C, C++, Unix/Linux, Solaris, MatLab
- SW development processes; development, realization, implementation, testing and integration.
