Real Staffing is currently working with our client, a leading Yorkshire financial services organisation to assist them in the recruitment of a Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a new role in their structure that is tasked with improving the organisational profile and level of strategic offerings with existing key customers and prospects in the UK.Working closely with corporate clients, you will be responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the needs of customers and prospective customers in depth, and to work with them to find effective solutions for their business needs; looking at developing and extending the relationship.
