Consulting Skills and Practices Manager

Key skills:

  • Excellent knowledge and application of recognised consulting practices and tools
  • Excellent knowledge of accepted management tools and processes
  • Experience in designing career development programmes
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and management skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English

About the role:

  • Support the ongoing implementation of a newly formed internal consultancy unit (internal resource pool with flexible assignment model) across multiple European locations
  • Validation of the management tracking tools and processes, suggesting improvements as appropriate
  • Introduction and application of consulting methods
  • Development of a structured training programme to support the career development of the consultants (development of consulting skills)
