Key skills:
- Excellent knowledge and application of recognised consulting practices and tools
- Excellent knowledge of accepted management tools and processes
- Experience in designing career development programmes
- High level of interpersonal, communication and management skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written and spoken English

About the role:
- Support the ongoing implementation of a newly formed internal consultancy unit (internal resource pool with flexible assignment model) across multiple European locations
- Validation of the management tracking tools and processes, suggesting improvements as appropriate
- Introduction and application of consulting methods
- Development of a structured training programme to support the career development of the consultants (development of consulting skills)
