Description
DATA WAREHOUSE & ETL DEVELOPERI am seeking a talented, highly motivated Database & ETL developer who will be instrumental in the on-going development of my clients best-in-class risk systems. The successful candidate will work closely with their underwriting and risk analysis teams to enhance their high-performance internal financial analysis, reporting and risk warehouse systems. He or she will be required to develop an understanding of the risk management domain and integrate the solutions into their systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible individual with an energetic and enthusiastic approach who wishes to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
Primary Responsibilities
To design & develop SQL and ETL functionality using the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), new columnar store technologies, including tests and documentation, to meet and exceed the requirements of stakeholders in the modelling group
To support the applications & tools through their lifecycle of testing, deployment, operation, user training, maintenance, and enhancement
To work with stakeholders in the risk and underwriting groups to establish, refine, and document functional & non-functional requirements for new and existing systems
