Manager of Incident & Problem Management - Legal - Docklands - £60-65kITIL
A new position has come up with a large global legal firm, for a strong Incident & Problem Manager to manage two Incident & Problem Managers. You would have previous experience with managing a team, as well as the operations side of the business. You would be leading conversations, influencing the team and chairing incident & problem board meetings. The successful person will be proactive with issues and be able to put their stamp on a role with a large amount of enthusiasm.
All P1 incidents are managed in the same way and you would be working closely with the global service manager, design teams, 3rd line teams and the senior management.

Managing Incidents from start - finish
Setting up problem management from scratch
SLA/KPIs
ITIL
Industry specific is not a requirement; but someone with a strong leadership mentality will be successful in this role.
