An opportunity to join a Tier 1 Supplier into the Aerospace Industry as a Quality Manager has arisen - this is a premium organisation that provides critical services to the major airlines in the UK.They have been establised for 50 years in the Aerospace industry, winning multiple awards for their quality of products and deliverables. Due to the continued growth and expansion the organsiation, they are opening a new site in the UK and will require a senior quality professional to head up the team.
You will be responsible for a team of 6 Quality Engineers and 3 indirect reports, reporting directly to the Group Quality Director.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant experience within aerospace.
- Have management experience in running a successful quality team. Experienced of implementing aerospace regulatory standards such as AS9100 would also be beneficial.
- Knowledge of standards such as AS9100 / EASA Part 21 and Part 145.
- Ideally six sigma qualified, but not essential.
For the right candidate, a salary package of up to £55,000 basic, company bonus 12%, 25 days holiday, company allowance and share scheme is on offer.
