We are urgently seeking a SAP CRM Analyst
This SAP CRM 7 analyst IS for the B2B/B2C segment for utility sector.
For this role you will help assist the business representative in translating the processes into standard SAP CRM (Utilities contract management & Services).
Perform configuration in SAP CRM7.
Write technical specifications for development.
Testing of developments.
Incident analysis.
Knowledge of utility market processes.
Knowledge of ABAP (read and debug -no development).
Knowledge of standard SAP functionalities (queries, authorizations, archiving, batch processing) Knowledge of SOA and XML is an asset.
Knowledge of IS-U is an asset.
Implementing service or project deliverables according the companies standards
