Title: Senior Program Manager IT

Mission:

You will coordinate the IT Quality Operational Plan for the Regional Business Unit- 1 (Belgium, Luxemburg, and The Netherlands) and ensure the reporting to upper management. The current plan covers the whole scope of an IT Division.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The mission includes:

  • Develop and execute goals and strategic direction of assigned program;
  • Report to the CIO and/or IT Directors;
  • Interact, coordinate and manage of all levels and types of stakeholders;
  • Accountability for all schedules, quality and customers/stakeholders satisfaction on program;
  • Provide leadership to cross functional team;
  • Formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout program life cycle;
  • Ability to influence/shape future customer requirements;

    • We are looking for an heavy-weight international program manager

    - Speaking, reading and writing English, French & Dutch;

    - With proven working experiences in Benelux, preferably with interactions in The Netherlands;

    - With relevant working experiences in managing Strategic/Change/Quality Programs;

    - Natural communicator and easy navigator in multi-cultural, complex & political contexts;

    - With a solid ability to manage stakeholders expectations and to obtain buy-in of the organization;

    - Generic knowledge of a wide range of corporate process and techniques incl. Budgeting, AP/AR, Activity Based costing, HR process, Resources Management and allocation, contract management, legal and compliancy constraints, supply chain mgt, Business Performance...

    - Generic knowledge of system architecture, security, software integration, Knowledge/information management...

    - Acquainted with Project/program management techniques and methodologies (ie. PMP, Prince2...)

    - Acquainted with Software Lifecycle Management;
