Back Office Administrator - Gothenburg (Göteborg), Sweden

We are currently recruiting for a.*Back Office Administrator* to join a leading telecoms company based in Gothenburg (Göteborg), Sweden on an initial 3 month contract.

As the Back Office Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the invoices are logged correctly and to process damage reports.

Working alongside the Dispatch team, your key responsibilities will be the following;

-Inspect executed/presented orders before invoicing
-Contact the Engineer in the event a presented order is incorrect or incomplete
-Inspect damage reports from Engineers
-Compile and enter damage reports into the internal system as per SLAs
-Check that invoices for work performed is received for further invoicing to the customers
-Add subcontractor costs to the relevant order

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience within a similar role having logged & monitored invoices, have a good financial understanding and have worked within a customer service environment. You must also be fluent in both Swedish and English.
