A fresh new role for a Quality Assurance Manager for a top manufacturing company in the South West. With 40 different locations in theUKthis is a multi award winning supplier. As the Quality Assurance Manager you will be monitoring and evaluating product and processing systems and factory practices to ensure agreed standards of quality and food safety are achieved and improved upon and in addition to take a lead in generating and building a quality culture.
The role will include-
-BRC and legal standards relating to Food safety has been reviewed annually.

-Action plans generated to resolve issues and implementation supported and monitored to ensure compliance.

-HACCP is thoroughly reviewed at an early stage in the development of new products, processes and equipment and action plans produced to address any shortcomings.

-Comprehensive documented Quality Management System in place based on site standards.

-Internal audit.

- Manage effective communications with internal and external customers, suppliers and production teams to ensure all the Technical needs of the business are met.

-Implement new training programmes for all levels in the business.

If you wish to apply for this role, you will need the following experience-
- Bioscience background

- 3 years in food safety and hygiene

- HACCP systems

- QMS experience

- Internal Auditing

- Quality Assurance experience

-BRC
