Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce our new partnership with a prestigious and well known hospital group in Saudi Arabia. Our client require the skills of a Quality Management Specialist to help ensure that their hospital receives on-going accreditation and to assist with the implementation of Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

The Quality Management Specialist, in conjunction with the Director of the Quality Management Department, is responsible for ensuring that on-going accreditation is attained and that all documents relating to on-going accreditation is in place, up to date and available for auditing.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Facilitating, monitoring, educating, conducting and coordinating Joint Commission Accreditation and Re-accreditation.
  • Implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiative including – New Quality Management System, Disease Management Programme, Patient Safety Walk rounds Programme, Clinical indicators, Sentinel Event and Root Cause analysis as per Sentinel Events Guidelines.
  • Responsible for recommendations regarding annual review of all management programs, databases, indicators etc.
  • Participate in Site Visits to various facilities to work with staff on quality management programs. Responsible for completion of a full and detailed Site Visit Report.
  • Perform other job related duties as requires

Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care profession (ie. Nursing, Pharmacy, Hospital Administration or other relevant discipline)
  • Minimum of four years’ work experience of which at least two years recent experience should be in Quality Management activities.
  • Current knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of JCIA standards
  • Experience working in a personal computer environment
  • Effective Interpersonal communications and teaching skills
