Description
This is a very exciting opportunity from a new team which is growing within an established organisation in Madrid, Spain. This new UX team is focussed on enhancing the companies' internal user interfaces and user experiences. At the moment recruitment efforts are focussed on a team manager with lots of User Experience Design/ UX Research experience.This is a long contract, initially for one year but with the potential to roll on. The great thing is that work can be completed remotely; so wherever you are in Europe - this could be within your reach.
Travel to HQ will be approximately once a month and will be expensed.
This role will focus on:
- Implementing the UX roadmap
- Realising and advocating interaction design models
- Designing and managing the research plan and basing recommendations on usability findings
- Overseeing more hands-on team members, but being able to get involved when necessary!
- Managing other team members and ensuring a positive working environment
Candidates will need to have previous team management experience within a UX Design and/or Research environment.
