I am looking for a Senior Second Line Support for my client which is based in Brussels.

My client is an international company based in Brussels.

If you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields, communicate fluently in English and Dutch or French and you are looking for a new challenge, this role as a Senior Second Line Support represents a real opportunity for you!

Knowledge in the payment or banking industry would be an additional asset.

Skills:

- Highly experienced in incident/problem and change handling. ITIL process based

- Experience in electronic payments (terminal and cardholder perspective)

- Team player and very optimistic driven person

- Experience in electronic E-commerce

- English and Dutch or French

- Participate in Standby which means that you will intervene outside office hours

- Well organized to guarantee a good follow-up of the production incidents.

- Good communication skills. Written and Verbal

- Customer minded

- Able to write operation handbooks and operational procedures

- Service management skills. OLA Defining and SLA Reporting

- SQL experience (Oracle DB)

- Linux skills (Scripting, bash)

- Stress resistant to work in a production environment

- Able to prioritize your own work in a fast changing production environment

- An opportunity contract of 1 year

- Dynamic environment
