Description
A major pharmaceutical organisation based in Ireland currently requires an QA Team Leader, you will be required to ensure that all products are manufactured, released and distributed in accordance with relevant cGMPs. As well as managing the site QA Quality Systems which includes Batch Release, Deviations, Periodic Product Review and Customer Complaints.Responsibilities:
•Provide quality support and expertise to the QA team and wider business.
•Implement and maintain compliant Quality Assurance systems.
•Lead the QA Specialist team to ensure value-add performance through expert knowledge and collaborative relationships.
•Manage and develop the performance and capability of the QA Specialists.
•Active participation in the QA Leadership Team to deliver consisted and effective support to the value streams and wider business.
•Strong and timely decision making on quality issues.
•Compliance to the Quality Management System through online presence, documentation review and support of the internal and external audit programmes.
•Delivery of assigned projects on plan.
Experience Required:
•Extensive experience working with the in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
•Experience of managing / coordinating teams and aseptic manufacturing processes would be considered an advantage.
•Degree in Science or related area (Chemistry, Microbiology or Pharmacy preferred).
•Qualified Person qualification desirable but not essential.
