ITIL Change and Problem Manager
Job description
- Management of the change management processes and procedures in order to
- Manage change requests (planned work) in a timely and accurate manner
- Have a high success rate on the planned work, with a minimum of negative impact on the service, network infrastructure and related systems
- Manage the Change Advisory Board to support decision making and to have sufficient change awareness and support
- Act as a point of escalation for change requests
- Provide training and support regarding the change management process and used applications
- Work with communication, training, and technical activities to support project implementation.
- Development of operations performance reports and reporting based agreed requirements in a timely fashion.
- Maintenance of reporting tools
- Production and delivery of operations
Job demands:
- HBO work and thinking level, specialized in business processes
- eTOM/ITIL Service Management
- 3 or more years experience in telecom/IT/Cable operations
- 1 to 3 years experience with change management
- Fluent in English (Dutch & or German and eastern Europe Languages plus)
- Stationed in Amsterdam BHP supporting VoIP deployments Europe wide.
- He/She is expected to work a 24/7 shift rota
