Description
Roles:- Develop operational plans including site monitoring strategies, risk mitigation strategies, trial budgets, site selection, and clinical supplies management
- Creates team culture and promotes team spirit
- Oversees the development and maintenance of study specific manuals created by the CRA
- Develops and manages clinical study budgets and contributes to staffing/resourcing plans
- Establishes study milestones and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of study metrics
Requirements:
- Life sciences degree or nursing equivalent
- Experience working in a global enviornment
- Experience working as part of a large team and leading small study or functional teams
- Good knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines
- Well developed written and verbal skills
