Job Title - Front End Web Developer HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
Location - Stockholm/Sweden
Darwin's client is currently seeking an experienced web developer to join their team in Stockholm for a 6 month contract with possible extension.
As a developer you will be working with some of the latest technologies in Web development and designing a new responsive website for the end client.
Requirements:-
- HTML5 (important to understand HTML5 audio)
- CSS3 (important to be able to ' SMACSS ", ' Sprite ", ' Media Queries ' and ' LESS")
- JavaScript (important to understand "the module pattern", 'prototype-based inheritance' and 'touch events')
- JQuery
- RequireJS
- Chrome Dev Tools (you should be able to work with more advanced features in the dev tools such as timeline and profiles)
- Performance optimization of interaction with web pages
- Responsive design
- Swedish Speaking
Additional:-
- ASP.NET MVC (important to understand the "constructor injection")
- Razor
- C#
- MS SQL Server
- Agile development methodology
- Test Driven Development
Experience in the following areas is also desirable:-
- Photoshop
- Flash + Actionscript 3.0
