Key Skills
- Good English, French and Dutch
- Bachelor/Masters or equivalent by experience
- Technical Writer skills
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of and experience with IBM Tivoli Monitoring Products (Tivoli Framework, ITM6)
About the role
- Solve incidents on monitoring infrastructure
- Root cause analysis of problems in monitoring solutions
- Execute the standard enterprise processes (CMDB, ITIL processes)
- Write/Update Technical Documentation about the implementation of Tivolies Monitoring products at I&O
- Participate to on-call process.
