Our client based in Merseyside is currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to start a initial 3 month contract as soon as possible.The successful candidate will have experience in most of the below areas:
- Evaluate for 'Best Practice' MS SQL Enterprise on a failover cluster and reporting services install. Remediate any issues.
- Install and configure BI and Data Mining
- Build Xenapp Test Farm from a live clone
- Build an independent DR Xenapp farm
- Health check Exchange 2010 DAG (3 members) and remediate any issues
- Document migration path from existing SQL to SQL 2013 for Key services.
Support Requirements
- Managing Citrix Xenapp 6.5 environment
- Managing Microsoft SQL Fail-Over Cluster Server
- Managing Microsoft Exchange Database Access Group and Client Access Servers
- Managing Symantec Backup Exec 2012
- Managing Active Directory and Group Policy
- Managing a VMware virtualised environment
- Managing Netapp Storage
Rate: £160 - £180 per day
Duration: 3 months
