Quality Assurance Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer on an initial 6 month contract with a good chance of extension.The client based on the South Coast of Englandspecialises in supplying equipment to off-shore oil and gas operators and equipment to the armed forces. If you are looking at developing your experience then this is an ideal role is for you! The purpose of the role: To assist the Quality team,working to promote a culture of continuous improvement,improving business performance and maintaining the existing IS0 9001 Accreditation. You will be assisting the Quality Team with

• Conducting internal audits on the company QMS
• Conducting supplier audits/assessments when required
• Maintaining the supplier approval process
• Provide Guidance to all staff on the application of the company QMS
• Review and approval of deliverable documentation
• Investigate quality problems associated with design,production and service
