Description
Basic Qualifications* Degree in engineering, computing or other numerate discipline
* Must have solid experience in develop and deliver customized BI ad-hoc reporting application integrated with Microsoft OLAP cube/SQL Server Reporting Services/PerformancePoint/Office Web Components/Excel Pivot tables or other third party BI reporting tools like IBM Cognos.
* Must have experience in Java 2 or above, with Struts Framework, AJAX, Flex, EXT-JS Framework, Web Service, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, JSON and SQL (MS SQL Server ) technology.
* 5+ years of Development experience in IT
o 5+ years of front-end BI reporting application development
o 3+ years of User Interface development
o 5+ years Java
o 3+ Years of working with XMLA/AMO OLAP and security objects
o 1+ years of Microsoft OLAP cube and MDX
o 1+ years of Business Objects/Crystal Report expertise
o Working knowledge of ETL concepts and centralized ETL architecture
Preferred Qualification
* Expertise in metrics and reporting, with ability to customize reporting to be geared toward varying audiences (senior management, business users, and IT development and support managers)
* Experience with .Net Silverlight development and SQL Server Business Intelligence is a plus
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database and Oracle is a plus
* Experience with IBM Cognos or other BI tools is a plus
* Experience with SharePoint is a plus
* Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Knowledge of Identity Management and App Security
* Ability to develop strong client relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
