Job Responsibilities?
(1) Summarize the most effective actions of resolving NSN 2G RF problems of (MV optimization vendors and guidance, similar to Huawei GUL X ax);
(2) for common KPI and quality issues, to establish various thematic MV optimization capabilities (documents);
(3) in-depth analysis and comparison of various types of MV tool, clear the advantages and disadvantages of various tools to build each scene MV tool configuration guidance, better guide 1st line to configure MV tool.
Job Requirements
1 Qualifications and industry experience requirements are as follow:
1) Must have NSN 2G RF Latest Features RG20 or RG30
2) At least 8 years RF planning and optimization experience.
3) Powerful industry relationship and influence.
4) Fluent in English.
2 Professional experience requirement is as follow:
1) Be with a clear comprehensive and reasonable network planning ideas, that include but not limiting to network strategy, medium-term and long term traffic forecasts, capacity and coverage solutions, network planning.
2) Be with the systemic network analysis and optimization capability. Be with the capability of developing network optimization strategy, giving the targeted suggestions and feasible solutions.
3) Be with the capability to lead a network planning and optimization project, or with the experience that assume key roles in some related projects.
4) Be with the capability of significant projects management and senior customers guide. And will play an active communication and leading role in a group. Familiar with peer vendor's equipments, with the capability to implement the network planning and optimization of peer vendor's network independently.
5) Experience of deliver network planning and optimization projects as leader (NSN equipment network), Be familiar and has the capability of technical optimization support for the equipment of NSN.
