Description
Due to continued success, this growing Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking to grow its current client base and is looking to hire a CNC Machinist to assist in the servicing of new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to expand skills and function.The proper candidate will be able to operate all lathe or mill operations required to produce finished products from a variety of materials. They must also be able to work from blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and written and/or oral instructions for the successful set-up and operation of manual or CNC machine tools.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years CNC machining experience
- 5+ years experience with Vertical mills, Horizontal mills and lathes
- CAD/CAM skills a plus
- Strong Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Strong background with Tooling applications
- Knowledge of metal cutting tools, holders, fixtures and workholding
