Senior Customer Insight Analyst - City of London - FTC - 50-55k

Senior Customer Insight Analyst required by one of the world's largest Marketing agencies on a prominent telecommunications project.

As Senior Commercial Insight Analyst you will be responsible for the translation of client strategy into clearly defined analytical processes and will be assessing, and make recommendations based on, the business's existing and vast analytical capability.

You will have hands-on Digital reporting and analysis experience together with the ability to deliver valuable business insight to account teams and clients, and will be required to manage relevant internal relationships to ensure that analytical insights delivered become integral to both the client business and internal account teams.

Other responsibilities include mentoring and supporting junior members of the team, whilst assisting the Head of Analytics in developing the department's insight and analytical services.

Other duties include:

* Providing regular Web and digital reports

* Driving the developing of digital measurements frameworks for clients

* Compiling and delivering consolidated dashboards into the measurements framework

* Managing ongoing client analytics, working in conjunction with account teams and data planner to deliver requirements to current SLAs

* Presenting externally to clients and building relationships directly with counterparts within client's analytical departments

* Ensuring analysis is delivered to time and to expectations

* Presenting internally, educating account teams and developing links with other analytical hubs

* Keeping abreast of emerging analytics themes and technological advances

Suitable candidates will have:

* Demonstrative experience in a similar role, of applying analytical insight that has had added significant business value (in terms of the business the outcome of the recommendations provided)

* Attention to detail, the ability to convert analytical insight and statistical concepts into laymen's terms, be commercially minded, and take great pride in their work.

Candidate criteria:

* A numerical degree

* Proven hands-on application and knowledge of SAS & SQL is

* An excellent understanding of data and marketing analytics

* The ability to present analytical insights in easily digestible formats

* Digital experience in working with Social measurements and Web Analytics

* Skills of persuasion, namely the ability to influence internal and external strategy

* Experience within campaign evaluation, segmentation development and implementation

* A good understanding of customer life-cycle management e.g. LTV, Attrition, Retention

* Previous experience manipulating large and complex datasets, including linking multiple data sources on ad hoc basis to support management reporting

* Experience of building statistical models using a variety of techniques such as logistic regression, clustering, CHAID
