My client is a leading CME-accredited medical education organization. They are looking for Scientific Director to join their team in theManhattanoffice. You will be responsible for a range of medical content and online medical education deliverables. You will work across a wide range of therapeutic areas, with a particular focus in Cardiovascular.Your work will include:
-Planning, coordinating, editing, and reviewing all clinical content
-Securing authors and writers
-Preparing CME documentation
-Communicating with grant specialists to identify educational needs
-Develop needs assessments to accompany grant requests
Experience:
You should have good experience in cardiovascular, be conversant with key/emerging issues in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment and to be familiar with key researchers, treaters, funders and KOL's.
You should possess excellent editorial (editing and writing) skills, particularly in the area of clinical manuscript development; you should be familiar with CME/CE standards and process. The position requires a minimum of an advanced health-related degree (clinical experience a plus)!
