Real Staffing Group is looking for a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join a recognized Medical Device Company in the Santa Rosa Area.Your Role:
As the QE, you will be working on new product development. Your role is to ensure that the product meets internal and external quality requirements. In order to be successful, you will be giving feedback to the R&D team and challenging the product (testing) in the development stage. The idea is to avoid future product complaint when it has been launched on the market.
Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3 yrs of Quality Engineering experience in the Medical Device Industry or other highly regulated environment
Expert Problem Solving Skills
Excellent Relationship and Communication Skills within your team as well as cross-functional teams
Hands on experience with Injection Molding, Extrusion, Sterilization is nice to have
Salary:
k per annum depending on experience, plus a very interesting advantage package and bonus on performance.
