Job Description
- Design and specify user interactions for our CRM application based on Microsoft Dynamics (2013 release)
- Communicate the UI designs through mockups and interactive prototypes towards the development teams
- Work with usability engineers to translate findings from user research and validate your design
- Align with Ericsson branding principles (as much as applicable to Microsoft) and evangelize new interface guidelines and design & interaction patterns
- Drive product designs from visual design to implementation
Skills needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with Human Computer Interaction emphasis, or related field of study and at least two years of industry experience designing graphical user interfaces for webpages, web- or desktop application
- Working knowledge of software prototyping tools, preferably Just in Mind & ability to deliver interaction designs in mockups
- Advanced understanding of user-centered interaction design principles, Strong ability to look at problems from user, designer and developer point of view
- Attention to Details & Design
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be an advantage
