My client, a well known organisation across Australia has a need for a Process Author to join the team in this project role within Wealth Operations.

The successful applicant will be required to work closely with the project team to decipher and document complex processes and knowledge management into a simplified knowledge management approach. You will work closely with the Project Manager, authors, Subject Matter Experts and Business Improvement specialists.

You will be responsible for reviewing and standardising the knowledge management content in line with the project initiative and documenting knowledge management in the organisations knowledge management tool.

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Over 3 years experience in technical or instructional writing
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver process documentation that meets standards and governance requirements
  • Proven competence with online authoring tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent experience of Knowledge Management tools (preferably RightNow)
  • Strong influencing, engagement and communication skills
  • Proven collaboration behaviours and relationship building skills
  • Wealth Operations and Financial backgrounds are preferable
  • A strong motivation to work within a team and be results driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
