Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand technical requirements as specified in the solution document
- Development in ESB and SOA technologies like FUSE ESB, Apache Camel, Active MQ, Apache Service Mix, Apache CXF.
- Development in Java/J2EE technologies like Core Java, Web Services, JSP, Servlet, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, EJB, JMS and JMX.
- Application integration, deployment in Java/J2EE, FUSE, UNIX/Solaris, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, BEA Application Server IT environment.
- Report progress of assigned activities to the Solution Architect and Project Manager.
- Work effectively in teams from other SI, ELS, and O&M resources.
- Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certification.
- Ensure strict delivery as per contracted scope with proper change management.
Required education and experience:
5 to 7 years of experience with hands on solution development, deployment, integration, and testing experience in:
- Development experience in ESB and SOA technologies like FUSE ESB, Apache Camel, Active MQ, Apache Service Mix, Apache CXF.
- Development experience in Java/J2EE technologies like Core Java, Web Services, JSP, Servlet, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, EJB, JMS and JMX.
- Integration experience in application integration, deployment in Java/J2EE, FUSE, UNIX/Solaris, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, BEA Application Server IT environment.
- Should have good knowledge in writing & execution Integration, Functional and Performance tests.
- Database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL).
- Should have good skills on troubleshooting tools and loves troubleshooting.
- Good aptitude in learning of working of new nodes which are added in the network.
- Good knowledge and skills in Communication
- Good knowledge and skills in Cultural Awareness
- Good knowledge and skills in Teamwork & Processes
Optional (Good to have):
- Experience in solution like MSDP/SIG/ECE is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and skills in Service Delivery Platform (SDP) and VAS domain (ParlayX Gateway, Messaging, WAP, Portals, etc.)
- Good experience in working in customer site, customer trainings, acceptance testing with customer.
