Senior Fund Administrator - 6 Months - Tier 1 Investment Bank - EdinburghAn opening has arisen for a Senior Fund Administrator within a Tier 1 Investment Bank in Edinburgh, my client is looking for someone to assist in the delivery of Investment Administration services to assigned clients in particular trade processing, trade matching and settlement, secutiry reconciliations and standing data maintenance.
The succesful candidate will update trades electronically or manually and match security trades based on details recieved from managers and brokers by monitoring trade matching processes and checking output and record unmatched items.
Key accountabilites:
- Knowledge and Industry experience within Failed Trades - Trade Matching and Trade Settlements.
- Excellent knowledge of Settlement Practises wuth Investment OPerations - ideally - Crest - DTC - Euroclear - Clearstream - European Settlement practises.
- Identify and initiate process improvements preferably using the Best Process management techniques.
- Monitor preformance against objectives, through the development of MI and taking corrective action
