SAP PMO Lead - North West - Contract £NegotiableThe PMO lead will monitor the effectiveness of existing PMO processes and make changes where needed. He/she must also anticipate new demands and provide additional support where needed, either for one off activities or in response to the changing needs of the programme.
Responsibilities include :
*Programme planning (development and maintenance of an integrated programme plan that reflects key milestones and dependencies from all functional and regional workstreams)
*Oversight of PMO activities (supported by a project support officer)

?Risk, issue & action logs
?Weekly status, risk & issue reporting
?KPIs (project scorecard)
?Project change request process
?Governance structure
?Support for team meetings
?Sharepoint co-ordination
