Description
Portland Resourcing is looking for a second line Support Engineer to become a member of the second line team, you are responsible for answering and resolving requests of the customer with regard to the Back End server infrastructure.

* Work closely together with our system engineers in order to write support documentation and handover of knowledge towards operational teams
*Perform operation tasks which are not yet ready for handover to the Service Desk.
*Automate certain operational procedures.
* Execute standard requests.
*In depth incident analysis, in order to solve more complex incidents/problems then are covered by 1st line support
*Contributes to the identification of potential problems in coordination with Engineering
*Coordinate monitoring activities (outsourced control room)
