·Project management
·Leadership
·Being flexible to manage changes
·Managing onsite and offshore resources
·Managing scope and estimates
·Experience with Custom development, System Integration (Interface Built), Portal Development, Development Java and/or .NET
·Data Management & Migration, Testing
·Techno/Functional background
·Process expertise in either CRM, GrantManagement, Sales Force Management
·Experience in working with International Organisations Portal Development, Data Management & Migration
·Experiences with at least three of the following technologies: Sales Force.com, Oracle on Demand Financials, MS Sharepoint, MS Dynamics CRM, OBIEE based reporting / BI, SQL Database
