Support analyst - Financial industry - £250 ContractSupport analyst role has arisen on a trading floor within a financial business inLondon.
MUST HAVE USED: HP blade PC's, IPC dealer boards, Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, Dealing 3000.
Length of Contract 6 months - Offering £250. This support analyst role will work closely with market data, application support and network teams to deliver/support the commercial trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a focused client service through troubleshooting and problem solving.
- To be able to dealing with moves, changes and installations within a trading floor environment.
- To work closely with other areas of group IT to ensure incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and be able to recognise when to escalate any problems
The ideal support analyst will be highly motivated who can successfully be independent and be part of a team. Moreover be highly analytical and effective under pressure.
Key Essentials:
- Minimum of 4 years support experience
- Have a strong background in Front office arena environment
- Strong level of professionalism and costumer service focus.
Technology:
- HP blade PC's, IPC dealer boards, Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, Dealing 3000.
The IT trading floor team operates a 3 shift system. Some weekend work may be required but over time will be paid.
