Duties/Responsibilities include:

Material Development: Work with our agency to develop brand brochures, spec sheets, presentations, advertisements, videos, posters, etc. in product marketing

Trade Press Relations: Press release writing, routing & approval; develop press event presentations, conduct editor interviews and prep leadership team for all press meetings

Communications Development: work with leadership team to develop dealer letters, quarterly newsletter, and presentation material.

Social Media: Provide relevant content to copywriter for bi-weekly editorial calendar, monitor social media channels and coordinate social media responses

Marketing Automation: Set and implement overall content strategy with the agency, provide content, review content and approve content

Websites: Provide direction to the agency regarding website updates for new products and new content. Includes managing and developing content for the company's website

Trade Show Support: Pre-show and on-site show support that includes developing FAQs for show workers, develop and conduct show worker training, conduct editor walk arounds at show and ensure overall show logistics and objectives are met

Photo/Video: Lead all photo/video shoot planning for trade shows and all New Product Introductions;
Manage Relationships: Manage our relationship with the marketing agency that supports the project team. Participate in weekly meetings to review and approve all materials

CONEXPO: Represents our team on the CONEXPO steering committee, coordinates decisions with the leadership team, ensures objectives/needs are represented and met. Also will require participation at show in Las Vegas in March 2014

Brand Management: Ensures materials, photos, websites, etc. meet the company's brand requirements. Also ensures messaging meets the company's common look and feel standards.

NOTE: This is a temporary assignment for a maternity leave of absence - (Nov 2013 to March 2014) - November and December will be part time for training. January - March will be full time.
