The successful business analyst's will be working on a number of change projects coming in the team.
Essential:
Change Management Business Analysis
This resource will be responsible for the following:
*Assessing change impact
*Defining change approach and plan
*Measuring change progress
*Defining As-Is and To-Be culture
*Assessing business readiness
