Scrum MasterWe are currently looking for an accomplished Scrum Master with extensive Agile experience to work in our Online, Portals and Web integration team.
You will be from a technical Project Management background, having successfully delivered end to end projects and managed multiple stakeholder's, vendors and IT Teams.
You will be a certified Scrum Master, who has guided IT teams in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. You will be a persuasive and influential individual, who is adept at building the trust and process necessary to introduce successful Agile Methodologies and Scrum/RAD practices into ever changing and restructured project teams.
You will have a clear understanding of client Business needs, able to maintain a transparent and inclusive approach to delivery milestones and pain points throughout - creating a synergy between business expectations and IT capabilities.
To be suitable for this role you will possess the following skills / experience:
- A certified Scrum Master with extensive industry experience - at least 3+ years
- Proven experience transitioning IT teams from Waterfall to Agile Methodologies
- End to end project delivery and service integration experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- 2+ years Telecommunications experience
- Managing both Technical and Business teams in an inclusive approach
- Experience managing projects across $1+ million
- Experience working across Portals, Online and Service Integration projects
- Educated to Degree Level, has or working towards an MBA.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivelent
- ITIL Master
