Description
This position will be as a confirmation specialist in the Equity Derivative Documentation Team. The team will work very closely with the Marketing, Sales and Trading Desks, the main focus of the work will revolve around drafting and executing equity derivative contracts transacted with insurance, corporate and hedge fund customers.Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and execution of equity OTC derivative confirmations for both vanilla and exotic products.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other internal clients such as Legal, Marketers, Trading, Middle Office, and Back Office.
- Resolution of litigations from both internal and external clients relating to documentation and trade terms
Must have:
- At least 1 year experience in the Equity derivative industry
- Strong knowledge of ISDA documentation drafting and Equity ISDA terms
- Understanding of the mechanics of the following products: variance swaps, equity swaps, dividend swaps, vanilla dispersions, correlation swaps, volatility swaps
- College degree in Finance or comparable

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $25- $30/hour + OT
