Description
A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to independently manage several smaller equipment upgrade projects on one of its main manufacturing sites.Location: Denmark
Duration: 3-6 months
Role and Responsibilities:
• Perform gap assessments on existing manufacturing facilities to identify non-conformances with current GMP - working with equipment such as piping, pressure vessels, valves, utilities...
• Place orders for new equipment where equipment is not GMP compliant and needs replacing
• Managing equipment vendor schedules and cost control
• Commissioning and qualifying new equipment
Requirements:
• Degree educated in Mechanical / Process Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience independently Project Engineering smaller facility or infrastructure upgrade projects
• Experience in the design, specification, commissioning and qualification of mechanical equipment for (bio) pharmaceutical production plants
• Good GMP knowledge
