Main Function:
- Planning, owning and executing the project communications plan for the implementation of credit risk workflow to 1,500 colleagues in Risk and the Front office
- Working with Group Internal Communications to build a micro site for credit risk workflow that sits on their Intranet
- Manage the creation of online content, manager briefing packs, a monthly e-bulletin
- Provide strategic advice on both explicit and implicit communications that support the CBRT Programme, the business division and bank-wide objectives
- Build strong relationships with the team delivering the project and it's key stakeholders
- Work closely with members of the CBRT internal communications team to ensure high performance, delivering consistent messaging and communications across the programme
- Report progress on all content and communication activities being delivered to senior programme stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- To support the credit risk workflow delivery team to plan and deliver the required content and communication outputs required for planned initiatives supporting the implementation of credit risk workflow
- Allocation and management of resources against deliverables
- Stakeholder engagement and management of content and collateral owners
Key Capabilities, Knowledge Areas & Personal Attributes
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Strong experience of working with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders both at a senior level and across the business.
- Track record in change, campaign or project management
- Knowledge of building intranet sites
- Understanding of end to end content management processes
- Relevant experience in a project environment
