Description
The Cutover Manager will build, document, own and manage the execution of the cutover strategy, approach, and plan to ensure a successful project delivery.As the cutover manager your main responsibilities will be to build, define and document the project cutover strategy, approach, & plan to include:
- Stakeholders
- Pre-requisites
- Infrastructure & environments
- Stage gates & sign offs
- Communications
- Data
- Dress rehearsals
- Back out/reversion plans for contingencies
- Success criteria
- Support handover
You will manage the project team members on a day to day basis to build and deliver the cutover plan and Manage the cutover execution including all pre and post cutover activities.
Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management qualification (desirable)
