- Banking Industry Experience - expert
- UML - experienced
- Rational Software Architect tooling - experienced
- Requirements management - experienced.
- IBM Business Glossary experience
Good to have skills:
- knowledge of IFW business terms
- Exposure to other IBM process modelling tools (blueworks live, Rational system architect)
