For a major international client near Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Middleware Environments Administrator to prepare, deploy, administer, monitor, provision and support our client's Middleware platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and support the Middleware infrastructure (application Servers & enterprise service bus, Apache, load balancer) for all types of environment, including: Provision and preparation of new environments; deployment of Middleware applications, administration and monitoring of the Middleware infrastructure and applications.
- Document the deployed applications and maintain the cartography of the Middleware platform for all types of environment.
- Consider security (authentication, certificate authority, etc.) and architecture standards.
Middleware infrastructure uses the following:
Architecture: SOA
Platform: Java Enterprise on Linux
Technologies & Tools: Apache web server, JBoss AS, Oracle Weblogic and OSB, Web Services, jBPM, MuleSource ESB, Camel ESB
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Degree-level qualification in IT
- Experience working with complex IT architectures
- Good experience with the Middleware technologies mentioned above
- Expert in Linux/RedHat system administration
- Good knowledge and practice of OO programming (design patterns, frameworks)
- Knowledge of Oracle database technologies would be a plus
This is a contract position with an international client for 12 months in the first instance. The client is located near to Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
