Recruiting for an experience Web Development Lead or Manager for a contract position in Dublin. You will manage an excellent team of developers in an informal environment working closely with all levels of the company.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a management role essential
- Experience with technologies such as: PHP, Python, Ruby, Hadoop, Rails etc.
- Excellent ability to communicate with different departments throughout the company from shareholders to developers
- Be able to assess the team requirements & development needs and communicate to the business
- Be able to take on a hands on approach where needed.
- Experience within a start up environment or an informal environment is essential
