Description
Responsibilities:- Respond to the needs of internal (marketing) and external (sales) teams
- Perform monthly calls with sales partners to assess needs and share updates
- Manage inventory, forecast demand and delivery
- Support new product development and/or campaign activities within the team
- Work with marketing partners to develop and execute ongoing nurture marketing, social media, SEO and SEM strategies
- Perform market research or other required information using available resources
- Address priority issues as identified by senior team members
- Monitor outbound marketing efforts to report ROI
- Sales Analytics - collect bookings and sales results, report and analyze.
- Voice of customer support - accompany marketing staff on customer visits
Qualifications:
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of new product development processes
- Knowledge of the process chromatography marketplace
- Working with others to gather critical data, e.g., developing bottom-up forecasts
